It is a normal morning and we prepare to carry out our activities to meet our dutys for the day, we arrive at lunch, where in the company or at home it is time to wash the dishes, just at that moment perhaps for others pending that we have or by habit, we never reflect on how much we are spending on cleaning it, much less if we are doing it correctly.

If we refer to a professional sector such as restaurants, it is recommended to ensure a cleaning free of bacteria and viruses, is to wash the dishes at a minimum temperature of 43.5 °C (according to the US FDA). However, a study carried out by the University of Ohio [1] points out that dairy residues facilitate the proliferation of bacteria, in turn showed that health in dishes does not need high temperatures to ensure effective cleaning, but that it is better to wash before food remains dry, as this is where bacteria begin to reproduce.

On the other hand, taking into account our home as an example, and based on a study carried out by the Consumer Magazine in Mexico (October 2014) [2], we evaluated the performance of our Ultraconcentrated Dishwash “Zitrone and Tangerine”. In the test, grease plates, soup plates, glasses, cutlery and dirty containers with the same type of grease were washed in identical conditions. 100 ml. Prepared solution of product in 1 liter of water, giving us the following results:

Performance Test = No. Plates, Glasses and Cutlery = Performance Test = 208 pieces.

Cost per Serving (100 ml.) = $3.60 MXN (calculated at our current price for the month of March 2019).

The aforementioned study shares that using 100 ml. of product in general (following the instructions), powder dishwashers wash approximately half as many dishes as liquid ones, which ultimately translates into a higher financial cost.

Remember that our Dishwasher returns to the environment diluted as Gray Water, and does not generate pollution thanks to its Ecological and Biodegradable formula.

So now you know, we can take these recommendations for our Home and Business. Remember to wash them quickly and do not forget to check how much it is costing you to wash your dishes and cutlery!
